Superstar Mahesh Babu's much-awaited wax statue has been unveiled. The superstar is the latest entrant to the family of Madame Tussauds, Singapore. The actor unveiled his statue at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad on Monday. It is the only statue of Madame Tussauds which has ever been brought to India. Following the event, the wax statue will be taken back to Madame Tussauds Museum in Singapore where it will then be open for the general public to view. Along with Mahesh Babu, his wife Namrata Shirodkar and children Gautham and Sitara were also present at the unveiling of the wax statue. The actor took the opportunity to interact with fans who were present. Dil Raju, one of the producers of the film 'Maharshi', who came to the final stage of the shooting, held a special press conference on Wednesday (March 6). The press conference said that the film unit had decided to make a decision about why the film was Postponed. Speaking at a press conference, Dil Raju said that the media conference was held to announce a new release date. Maharshi was released on May 9th and explained the reasons for postponing the film.The shooting of the film will be completed by March 17th. The songs will then be on the balance. Dil Raju also said that some of the songs in the film will be shot in Abu Dhabi. The whole shooting will be completed before April 25. But time for post production activities is not enough. MAHESH BABU TO PRODUCE ADIVI SESH'S NEXT superstar Mahesh Babu will make his debut as producer this year and the official announcement has been made. Mahesh, in collaboration with Sony Pictures, will produce the bilingual( Telugu & hindi) will narrate the tale of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the hero of the 26/11 Attacks.The film will soon go on the floors and will be released in 2020. Major will be Mahesh Babu’s first attempt at production after ruling Telugu cinema as an actor for more than two decades. Fans of the superstar are now celebrating this move by the actor which has gone viral on the internet. Mahesh Babu is also in plans to venture into the web series space and is in talks with a leading digital platform.
